You may use our services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your content, and any activity that occurs under your credentials.
All software, designs and content we provide remain our intellectual property except where ownership is expressly transferred to you under a signed agreement. You retain ownership of content you provide to us.
Project scope, deliverables, fees and timelines are governed by the statement of work agreed between us. Invoices are due per the terms stated in that agreement.
Services are provided on a professional, good-faith basis. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided “as is” without implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the governing statement of work.
