We ship production software for real clients every week. You'll own features end to end — from schema to API to UI — across a Node/React stack, with no committee slowing you down.
What you'll do
—Build and ship full-stack features across our Node.js/Express backends and React/Next.js frontends
—Design database schemas and APIs that hold up under real production load
—Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to turn requirements into shipped software
—Debug and fix production issues — you own what you build, from deploy to on-call
—Review code and raise the bar on the team's engineering practices
What we're looking for
—2+ years building and shipping full-stack web applications in production
—Strong with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and a modern frontend framework (React/Next.js)
—Comfortable with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres) and writing efficient queries
—Can work independently, communicate clearly, and ship without excessive hand-holding
—Based in or willing to relocate to Faridabad — this is an on-site role
Nice to have
—Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Nginx
—Exposure to Redis, queues (BullMQ) or other async job systems
—Prior experience in a client-services or agency environment
